At CCG, we are here to help you work through feelings or beliefs that may be getting in the way of living your happiest, most fulfilled life. In counseling, we can increase your understanding of what is causing your distress and work toward resolving issues that unfold.

 
While we work predominantly from a psychodynamic perspective, which places an emphasis on early experiences that can be extremely powerful in shaping the way that we think, we tailor our work to each client we see. We are all individuals with different needs and goals.
